DISC requirements Master

The ideal DISC profile for a Maltix Master Licence would likely be a combination of high dominance (D) and high influence (I) traits. This individual would be assertive, confident, and results-driven (D), while also being sociable, persuasive, and able to build strong relationships (I). This combination of traits would enable them to effectively lead and manage a team, as well as engage with clients and drive business growth.

DISC requirements Licence operator

The ideal DISC profile for a Maltix Lite Site and Knowledge Base License operator would likely be a high C (Conscientiousness) and moderate I (Influence) profile.

A high C profile would be detail-oriented, organised, and focused on accuracy, which is important for managing and maintaining a Web App and knowledge base. They would be able to follow processes and procedures effectively and ensure that the site is running smoothly and efficiently.

A moderate I profile would be able to communicate effectively with clients and users, as well as collaborate with team members to ensure that the site is meeting their needs. They would also be able to promote the site and attract new users through marketing and networking efforts.

A combination of high C and moderate I traits would make for an ideal operator of a Maltix Lite Site and Knowledge Base License, as they would have the necessary skills and abilities to manage the site effectively and promote its success.
Additionally, having a moderate level of Influence (I) would also allow the operator to effectively engage with customers and provide excellent customer service. They would be able to build relationships with clients and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
