SOP: Maltix unsubscribe has to have these options

If we receive an unsubscribe request we will

1. Verify the identity of the data subject: Before proceeding with any further steps, it is essential to ensure that the individual requesting the unsubscribe is indeed the data subject. This can be done by asking for specific identifying information, such as their name, email address, or any other unique identifiers associated with their data.

2. Locate the data subject's information: Once the identity is confirmed, the data holder needs to locate the data subject's information within their database or system. This may involve searching through various records or using specific search criteria to find the relevant data.

3. Review the unsubscribe request: Carefully examine the data subject's request to understand the specific instructions they have provided for unsubscribing. This could include unsubscribing from a particular mailing list, opting out of all communications, or any other specific preferences mentioned by the data subject.

4. Process the unsubscribe request: Take the necessary steps to fulfill the data subject's request. This may involve updating their preferences within the system, removing their contact information from mailing lists, or any other actions required to ensure they no longer receive unwanted communications.

5. Confirm the unsubscribe: After processing the unsubscribe request, it is important to inform the data subject about the successful completion of their request. This can be done through an email

Data delineation set up from the Registration page

Customise the registration page by adding form fields that will capture the necessary user data for future notifications. These fields can include name, email address, phone number, etc.

7. After adding the form fields, click on each field to edit its properties, such as the label, validation rules, and data type.

8. Once you have finished customising the registration page, click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

9. Next, navigate to the "Data Sources" tab in the Fliplet Studio.

10. Create a new data source or select an existing data source that will store the registration data for future notifications.

11. In the data source, create columns that correspond to the form fields on the registration page. For example, if you have a form field for name, create a column named "Name" in the data source.

12. Make sure to set the appropriate data types for each column, such as text for name, email for email address, etc.

13. Once you have set up the data source, go back to the registration page in the Fliplet Studio.

14. On the registration page, click on the form fields and link them to the respective columns in the data source. This will ensure that the data entered by users on the registration page is stored in the correct columns of the data source.

15. Customise any additional settings or options on the registration page, such as validation rules, error messages, and submission actions.

16. Preview the registration page to test its functionality and ensure that the data is being captured correctly and stored in the data source.

17. Once you are satisfied with the registration page, publish the app to make it available to users.

18. Whenever a user fills out the registration form and submits it, the data will be automatically stored in the designated columns of the data source.

19. To use the delineated data for future notifications, navigate to the "Notifications" tab in the Fliplet Studio.

20. Create a new notification or select an existing one that you want to send to the registered users.

21. In the notification settings, choose the data source that contains the registration data as the recipient list.

22. Customise the notification content and choose the relevant data fields from the data source to personalise the notification for each recipient.

23. Preview the notification to ensure that the data is being pulled correctly from the data source.

24. Once you are satisfied with the notification settings, save and send the notification.

25. The notification will be sent to the registered users based on the data stored in the data source, ensuring that the right information reaches the right recipients.

By following these steps, you can effectively use the registration page in Fliplet to delineate data in the data source for future notifications.

To use delineated data within the data source of PhoneSite to send notifications, you can follow these steps:

1. Create a data source in Site: Start by creating a data source in Site that contains the necessary information for sending notifications. This data source should include the fields required for sending notifications, such as user IDs, device tokens, or email addresses.

2. Add the necessary fields: Make sure to add the necessary fields to the data source. For example, if you want to send push notifications, you may need to include fields for user IDs and device tokens. If you want to send email notifications, you may need to include fields for user IDs and email addresses.

3. Populate the data source: Populate the data source with the relevant data. This could involve manually adding the data or importing it from another source.

4. Configure the notification service: Site provides a notification service that allows you to send notifications to users. Configure this service according to your requirements. For example, if you want to send push notifications, you may need to set up the necessary certificates or API keys. If you want to send email notifications, you may need to configure the SMTP settings.

5. Use the data source to send notifications: Once the data source is set up

and the notification service is configured, you can use the data source to send notifications.

6. Create a notification template: Before sending notifications, you may want to create a notification template. This template will define the content and format of the notification message. You can include placeholders in the template to dynamically populate the data from the data source.

7. Set up notification triggers: Determine the triggers for sending notifications. For example, you may want to send a notification when a certain condition is met, such as a new entry being added to the data source or a specific field being updated.

8. Configure the notification action: In Fliplet, you can set up actions to be performed when a trigger is activated. Configure the notification action to send notifications using the data from the data source and the notification template. Specify the recipients based on the data source fields, such as user IDs or email addresses.

9. Test and deploy: Test the notification functionality to ensure that notifications are being sent correctly. You can send test notifications to a small group of users before deploying it to a larger audience.

10. Monitor and optimise: Keep track of the notification performance and monitor user engagement. Analyse the data to optimise your notification strategy and improve the effectiveness of your notifications.
