As a sales engineer for 12 years, in big corporate land, consistently made120% to 160% of target. Moved into ITeCs helping over 200 teenagers get good jobs in IT organisations and then became a full time Marketer taking a CAD software house and its entire distributor/dealer network to #2 in the UK and #4 in the world, later taking a world class Networking Company to the best 2 quarters in history within 2 years of starting with them; building the value that allowed them to be sold on.
Registered the Corporate Balloon Company (Client) as a UK CAA commercial airline (AOC) and then took a hot air balloon team (For Barclaycard) to the Albertville Winter Olympics having got permissions from the DGAC, IOC, Mairie de Val d’Isere, Prefecture de la Haute Savoie, and French security service.
Registered the Corporate Balloon Company with French government, Chambery Chamber of Commerce, TVA and other authorities in order to trade legally in France.
Organised several visits to the international ballooning competition near Metz, including the one where we were part of the Guinness book of records world record for the most take-offs in 1 minute (970).
Was at one point marketing manager for 6 medium-sized companies all at the same time, since none of them needed a full-time one.
Was in the top 20% of sales people nationwide for 3 separate double glazing companies at 3 different times (on top of my day job). Won top monthly salesman for 1 of them, in my 1st month!
Took various companies and products to market for the 1st time and rescued probably twice that number.
Board experience with 6 small companies and founded The Visualisation Press, in 2009 starting with his 1st book and serving small independent authors.
2022 Researched the market for, and created the complete go to market strategy and modelling, for a going to market, engineering product predicted to do $1Bn T/O, within 18 months; to help them get funding.
Currently taking a vey radical QR SAAS to market designed to revolutionise how SME’s and solopreneurs work and oil the wheels for established organisations. We are dramatically expanding the things the QR code does from one or two to dozens if not more and thereby providing considerably increased functionality. Currently recruiting salespeople and affiliates for this proposition and preparing a pitch deck for first round funding.
