"Hi [Client Name], thank you for meeting with me today. I want to be completely transparent from the start. By the end of our discussion, if it feels like a good fit, and we've answered all your questions, I'm going to ask for your business today. My aim is to get a deal done on the day so you can start seeing results immediately. Are you okay with that upfront approach?"

(Wait for their "yes" and build rapport naturally. Your aim is to make them comfortable and create a conversational flow.)

Exploring the Problems: The Consultative Approach

"Great. Before I show you what we do, I'd love to hear a little bit about your business. What are some of the challenges you're facing right now? What keeps you up at night?"

(Listen attentively and take notes. Let them lead the conversation. After they've shared, use the following questions to dig deeper, linking each question back to a specific solution you have in mind.)
