Getting Started with Maltix Dynamic QRs and vCard Management

Bridge your physical collateral with instant digital engagement. Follow this quick guide to generate your code, design an AI-powered frame, analyse scan metrics, and update your vCard in real time.

1. Deploy Your Dynamic QR Code
Dynamic codes let you alter the scan destination whenever you wish without reprinting materials.

  • Open your Maltix dashboard and head to Dynamic QR DIY.

  • Select your destination (e.g., your Maltix vCard or a custom web link).

  • Input your destination URL and select Generate Dynamic Code.

  • Test the on-screen preview with your smartphone camera to ensure it opens smoothly.

2. Design an AI Frame & Call to Action (CTA)
Make your QR stand out and encourage immediate scans with bespoke AI framing.

  • Imaginative CTAs (Under 18 Characters):

    • Say Hello Today

    • Unlock My World

    • Tap Into Value

    • Grab My Digits

    • Step Inside Now

    • Spark A Chat

    • Magic Inside

    • Let’s Team Up

  • Prompt the Frame Designer: Describe your desired style and brand colours (e.g., "Minimalist slate grey border with an integrated banner") or use hex codes from your logo #001871

  • Protect the Margins: Keep clear space (the quiet zone) around the square pattern so camera lenses can read it instantly.

3. Review Live Scan Analytics
Track your return on investment and pinpoint your most effective marketing channels.

  • From your dashboard, select Analytics & Reports.

  • Monitor total and unique scan volumes across days, weeks, or specific campaigns.

  • Review device breakdowns (iOS vs Android), peak scanning hours, and geographic locations to refine your strategy.

4. Update vCard Details in Real Time
Because Maltix functions as a live web app, changes deploy globally in seconds.

  • Open the Maltix web app on your phone or desktop browser.

  • Navigate to vCard / Contact Profile.

  • Modify telephone numbers, email addresses, biographies, social profiles, or appointment booking links.

  • Click Save & Sync.

All previously printed or distributed QR codes will automatically display your newest contact details—no reprinting required.
