What is Maltix Tribe?

Maltix Tribe is your online community for customers. It's a special part of your site, acting like a private app, where customers can sign up to get exclusive content and updates.


How Customers Join Your Tribe

Customers simply fill out a form on your Maltix Tribe registration page. They create an account and get immediate access to the exclusive content.

The "Members Area"

This is the private part of your Maltix Tribe where only registered members can log in. It's a secure hub for your best customers, allowing you to share private news, special offers, and personalised information.


Notifications

Your Maltix Tribe can send app-like notifications directly to a user's phone, just like a regular app, without them needing to download anything. Users must click "Allow" when prompted to receive them. These notifications can alert members to new articles, events, or other content.


Managing Your Tribe
  • You can manually add customers, but it's better to let them sign up themselves.

  • Maltix Tribe isn't a full CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, but it's a great tool for direct communication and building customer loyalty.


Admin & Publishing
  • You can find your admin login on the Maltix Tribe itself, in the top-right corner, in a menu called the "burger bar."

  • To publish articles, you use a separate service called Tawk.to. You create and publish articles there, and then link to them in push notifications you send from your Maltix Business Suite.

  • When a user clicks the notification, they are taken straight to the article on your Maltix Tribe page.
