Our rates are as below and bookings may be made by an order in writing or by E-mail with a valid purchase order number. Rates may be mixed during an assignment by agreement. Quantity and other discounts may be available. 

The rates and service levels will normally be defined on our Terms of Engagement document which agrees the terms for an engagement.

Marketing Mentoring fees

Marketing Mentoring, is paid in advance at the rate of £100 per hour plus VAT

Consultancy, Troubleshooting, and Marketing Support Fees

For consultancy, troubleshooting, discrete projects, and day work, our fees; which relate to company size, and levels of service required: are as follows:-

SoHo Rate £350 per day

Aimed at clients who need advice and ideas but do not necessarily require formal dress or reports. Proceedings are normally documented by the client or client's staff with copies forwarded to us.

Small Business Rate £500 per day

Aimed at a situation where we attend a company on a semi-formal basis and prepare basic reports and recommendations. Normally this service would apply to small to medium sized organisations.

Medium Business Rate £700 per day

This rate is for more formal situations where formal dress and reports are required. This service is aimed at the medium to larger organisation and/or more complex marketing situations.

Corporate Rate: £1,000 per day

This rate provides the level of service and reporting normally associated with corporates and multinationals where higher levels of research and analysis are required and liaison with executives and client departments and divisions is involved.

Promotions Rate: £500 per day

This rate is for situations such as Exhibition Stand Duty or Presentation Delivery where formal dress is required but advice is not normally necessary. Sales or PR activity is the norm on these occasions.

For long term support contracts for SoHos (for other company sizes see below) our fees are as follows:-

In all cases these rates are for an annual contract, at the agreed monthly rate, and the rate is discounted to reflect that agreement.

Basic: £333 per month + expenses plus VAT for a 1 year contract costing £3,990 + expenses and VAT .

Comprising One day per month (either at your premises or where I work from home on research, copywriting, planning, report writing or similar) with up to 5 hours telephone support per month.

Professional: £630 per month + expenses plus VAT for a 1 year contract costing £7,580 + expenses and VAT .

Comprising Two days per month (either at your premises or where I work from home on research, copywriting, planning, report writing or similar) with up to 10 hours telephone support per month.

Professional Plus: £900 per month + expenses plus VAT for a 1 year contract costing £10,800 + expenses and VAT .

Comprising Three days per month (either at your premises or where I work from home on research, copywriting, planning, report writing or similar) with up to 15 hours telephone support per month.

Ultra: £1,140 per month + expenses plus VAT for a 1 year contract costing £13,680 + expenses and VAT .

Comprising Four Days per month (either at your premises or where I work from home on research, copywriting, planning, report writing or similar) with up to 20 hours telephone support per month.
