Ideas: Morris created a flow diagram to segment social media users by interests like business, social media, shopping to understand how to target different groups. Will and Charlotte review the diagram. 13:17

Understanding Unexpected Engagement

Discussion on investigating unexpected increases in engagement from certain demographics to better target marketing.

General Information: Morris investigated a surge in interest from younger demographics and wants to understand why they are interested to sell more to that group. 15:02

Ideas: Younger demographics primarily use smartphones, not other platforms. What would a multic service look like targeting their smartphone-focused lives? 19:07

General Information: Morris was surprisingly part of the target audience for strange fashion due to being rebellious in his youth during the hippie and punk movements in the 60s-70s. 16:46

Input Forms vs Surveys
