How does this work?
Clerical VA are tasked with checking QR reporting statistics on every shift.
They are trained to spot traffic interference and strange anomalies.
Reports are assessed as Green Amber and RED.
Amber is escalated to Maltix management and RED is automatically sent as a text message and email to your designated data officer.
