Overall Purpose: To provide dynamic executive leadership and direct operational oversight for Maltix's strategic growth initiatives, particularly in leveraging digital solutions for global expansion within the hospitality and spa industries. This role is responsible for driving the successful introduction and widespread adoption of Maltix's specialty apps worldwide, while simultaneously fostering a robust internal culture of well-being. The Executive Director will apply a unique blend of collaborative influence (internal SI) and decisive, outcome-driven engagement (external ICD) to build strategic partnerships, manage key growth programs, and ensure the successful execution of Maltix's ambitious global vision.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (informed by Suzie Harvey's attributes and DISC profile):

  • Global Digital Strategy & Business Development Leadership:

    • Directly lead the formulation and execution of Maltix's global market entry strategy for specialty apps in the hospitality and spa sectors, setting ambitious sales targets and driving their achievement.

    • (External ICD Focus): Confidently identify, cultivate, and close high-value global licensing agreements and strategic partnerships, leveraging strong decisiveness in negotiation and influential communication to secure advantageous terms.

    • (External ICD Focus): Conduct thorough market analysis with a meticulous focus on detail (High C), assessing international opportunities, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions.

    • Drive the growth and adoption of Maltix's digital solutions, drawing on proven experience in supporting the growth of digital health solutions.

  • Maltix Connect Program & Ecosystem Expansion:

    • Lead the strategic expansion of the Maltix Connect program, identifying and integrating new components that enhance its value proposition for both internal stakeholders and external partners globally.

    • (Internal SI Focus): Consistently collaborate and influence cross-functional teams (e.g., product, technical, marketing) to ensure seamless program integration and alignment with global business objectives, fostering a stable and supportive internal environment.

    • Champion internal awareness and engagement with the Maltix Connect program's vision and impact across the organization.

  • Strategic Service Design & Operational Excellence:

    • (Internal SI Focus): Guide the design and optimisation of internal processes and operational models for global app deployment and client success, emphasising consistent quality and harmonious integration across systems.

    • Apply deep expertise in service design and system integration to ensure Maltix's apps offer superior user experience and seamless connectivity within client ecosystems

    • Oversee project and program management for key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery against objectives, demonstrating strong operational understanding.

  • Health & Wellness Leadership (Internal Focus):

    • Direct the strategic development and operational management of Maltix's internal employee health and wellness programs, ensuring their alignment with best practices and corporate values.

    • (Internal SI Focus): Influence and motivate a culture of holistic well-being within Maltix, providing stable support and empathetic listening to foster widespread engagement and positive outcomes.

    • Measure and report on the impact of wellness initiatives, continuously refining programs based on feedback and data.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Advocacy:

    • (External ICD Focus): Act as a primary public face and spokesperson for Maltix in global forums, industry events, and with key external stakeholders, leveraging influential presentation skills and decisive thought leadership.

    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry associations, key clients, and thought leaders worldwide.

    • Ensure Maltix's brand positioning clearly communicates its leadership in digital wellness and hospitality solutions.
