Overall Purpose: To lead the strategic growth and global expansion of Maltix Connect's offerings within both the internal employee wellness domain and the external hospitality and spa industries. This leadership role drives the introduction and sales of Maltix's specialty apps worldwide, while simultaneously championing a robust internal health and wellness culture. The Director acts as a pivotal force in scaling Maltix's presence and impact across diverse markets and organizational well-being initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Hospitality & Spa App Strategy & Sales Leadership:
Define and execute the worldwide go-to-market strategy for Maltix's specialty apps within the hospitality and spa sectors, identifying high-potential markets and client segments.
Drive aggressive global sales targets for Maltix's hospitality and spa apps, leading negotiations with key international clients and strategic partners.
Build and manage a global pipeline of opportunities, from initial prospecting through to contract closure and client onboarding.
Continuously monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the hospitality, spa, and digital solutions space to refine strategies.
Maltix Connect Program Growth & Integration:
Act as a senior ambassador for the Maltix Connect ecosystem, strategically leveraging and expanding its network to facilitate global app sales and partnerships.
Identify and cultivate strategic global alliances and channel partnerships that can accelerate the adoption of Maltix's apps and extend the reach of the Maltix Connect platform.
Ensure seamless integration of new app offerings and external market insights back into the core Maltix Connect development roadmap.
Internal Health & Wellness Program Leadership:
Provide strategic oversight and direction for Maltix's internal health and wellness initiatives, ensuring they align with global best practices and enhance employee well-being across all Maltix locations.
Champion a culture of well-being within Maltix, advocating for resources and implementing programs that support the holistic health of employees.
Integrate lessons learned from global hospitality and spa wellness trends into Maltix's internal programs, where applicable.
Product & Market Feedback Loop:
Serve as the primary voice of the global hospitality and spa markets for Maltix's product development teams, translating client needs and market demands into actionable product enhancements for the specialty apps.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure Maltix's apps remain competitive, innovative, and tailored to global hospitality and spa requirements.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of business development and wellness professionals focused on global expansion.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, empowering teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Represent Maltix Connect and its specialty app capabilities at major international industry events, conferences, and forums.
