Role Summary:The NED will provide decisive strategic oversight and meticulous guidance to Maltix, with a particular focus on optimizing the Maltix Connect platform's penetration and quantifiable growth within the real estate and automotive trade sectors. This will involve systematic analysis and direct recommendations on both internal direct-to-consumer (DC) initiatives and external commercial-to-individual (CI) market strategies. Francois Meyer will leverage his experience to provide results-oriented, confidential personal advice to the CEO and Head of Speciality App Sales, ensuring rigorous alignment with overall company objectives and identifying high-impact market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities (DISC-Informed Framing):Strategic Market Dominance & Precision (High D, High C):
Direct the strategic identification of critical market trends, competitive shifts, and actionable opportunities within the real estate and automotive industries, specifically impacting digital platforms and trade.
Conduct rigorous analysis to define the most effective pathways for Maltix to gain significant market share and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Maltix Connect Platform Optimisation & Efficiency (High C, High D):
Systematically evaluate and recommend enhancements to the Maltix Connect platform's features, functionalities, and user experience, ensuring they deliver measurable improvements in appeal and effectiveness for real estate and automotive professionals and their end-consumers.
Drive for data-backed decisions on platform development to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
Direct-to-Consumer (DC) Strategy – Architecting Growth (High D, High C):
Formulate and refine decisive strategies for Maltix to directly engage with, acquire, and retain individual users/consumers within the real estate and automotive domains (e.g., property seekers, car buyers).
Provide precise guidance on optimizing digital marketing funnels, user acquisition metrics, and retention strategies to achieve clear, quantifiable DC objectives.
Commercial-to-Individual (CI) Strategy – Systematising Commercial Success (High C, High D):
Design and implement robust strategies for businesses (e.g., real estate agencies, car dealerships) to effectively connect with individual clients and prospects through the Maltix Connect platform.
Offer analytical insights into optimising lead generation, client communication workflows, and transaction facilitation processes for CI clients, ensuring efficient and scalable commercial operations.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development – Strategic Leverage (High D):
Identify and advocate for high-impact strategic partnerships or collaborations within the real estate and automotive sectors that will directly enhance the Maltix Connect platform's reach, value proposition, and competitive advantage.
Focus on partnerships that deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
Risk Mitigation & Performance Assurance (High C):
Apply a meticulous approach to identifying and evaluating strategic risks associated with market expansion and product development in the targeted sectors.
Propose precise and well-defined mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and protect company assets.
Personal Advice to CEO – Direct & Data-Driven Counsel (High D, High C):
Offer candid, results-oriented counsel to the CEO on critical strategic decisions, organizational structuring for efficiency, and leadership challenges, always grounded in a clear path to achieving company goals.
Provide objective, evidence-based perspectives to inform high-stakes choices.
Personal Advice to Head of Speciality App Sales – Performance & Process Optimisation (High D, High C):
Provide actionable guidance and structured mentorship to the Head of Speciality App Sales on optimizing sales strategies, building a high-performing team, refining market positioning, and systematically overcoming sales pipeline challenges within the real estate and automotive sectors.
