The Sales Director, Global Professional Partnerships & Digital Enablement, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the comprehensive sales strategy for all Maltix SaaS products, the distribution of the Maltix Sales Agency Agreement, and crucially, the expansion of global geographical license sales. This individual will be a dynamic and inspiring leader internally (IDS), fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring seamless collaboration with the Lares VA team. Externally, they will be a persuasive and precise professional (IC), building trust-based relationships with influential professionals and agencies who can champion Maltix products and licenses to their clients, all coordinated and amplified through the cutting-edge Maltix Connect networking platform. The core objective is to significantly expand Maltix's market reach and revenue through strategic partnerships, direct sales efforts, and license agreements, leveraging professional networks and digital tools.

  • Visionary Sales Leadership & Goal Achievement (D, I):

    • Drive the development and execution of ambitious global sales strategies for all Maltix SaaS products and geographical licenses, ensuring clear targets are set and met.

    • Inspire and motivate the sales team, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment focused on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

    • Take charge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, providing clear direction and accountability.

  • Team Building & Coaching (I, S):

    • Cultivate a supportive and engaging team culture where sales professionals feel empowered, valued, and continuously developed.

    • Patiently coach and mentor sales managers and individual contributors, enhancing their skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner/licensee recruitment.

    • Listen actively to team challenges and provide consistent guidance and resources to overcome obstacles.

  • Strategic Collaboration with Lares VA Team (S, I):

    • Foster a strong, stable, and collaborative partnership with the Lares VA Captain and Chief VA, ensuring the seamless integration of VA support into the entire sales journey.

    • Influence and align the sales team to effectively leverage Lares VA services for lead generation, follow-ups, client onboarding, and marketing support via Maltix Connect.

    • Provide clear communication and consistent feedback to the VA team to optimize their support for sales initiatives.

  • Process Optimization & Internal Efficiency (D, S):

    • Direct the continuous improvement of internal sales processes, methodologies, and CRM utilization to maximize efficiency and scalability.

    • Establish consistent best practices for pitching products, onboarding agencies, and managing client relationships within the sales cycle.

External Engagement & Partnership Cultivation (IC - Influencing & Conscientiously Engaging):

  • Global Geographical License Sales (I, C):

    • Identify, qualify, and persuasively close deals for global geographical licenses of Maltix products and the Sales Agency Agreement.

    • Meticulously understand and present the legal and commercial implications of license agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and accurately recorded.

    • Build and nurture relationships with high-level individuals and organizations capable of operating and distributing Maltix solutions within specific territories.

  • Strategic Agency Recruitment & Onboarding (I, C):

    • Identify and persuasively recruit high-caliber professionals (e.g., real estate agents, accountants, business consultants, marketing agencies) who possess deep trust and support from their client bases, to become Maltix Sales Agency Partners.

    • Meticulously guide potential partners through the Maltix Sales Agency Agreement, ensuring full understanding of terms, commission structures, and mutual responsibilities.

    • Provide accurate and compelling presentations of the Maltix product suite and the benefits of the agency partnership model.

  • Relationship Building & Trust (I):

    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key professional partners, licensees, and their networks, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.

    • Leverage the Maltix Connect networking platform to proactively engage with prospects, build warm relationships, and expand the professional ecosystem.

    • Represent Maltix with enthusiasm and integrity in all external interactions, fostering a positive brand image.

  • Product Expertise & Value Communication (C, I):

    • Maintain an in-depth, precise understanding of all Maltix SaaS products HERE and their benefits, ensuring accurate and compelling demonstrations.

    • Articulate the unique value proposition of Maltix solutions to diverse professional audiences, tailoring messages to their specific client needs.

    • Ensure all external communications, collateral, and pitches are meticulously accurate and meet the highest professional standards.

  • Market Analysis & Feedback (C):

    • Systematically gather and analyse market feedback from agency partners, licensees, and end-clients to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales approaches.

    • Provide precise data and insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner/licensee performance to the executive team.

Overall Coordination & Digital Platform Focus:
  • Maltix Connect Champion:

    • Actively promote and ensure optimal utilization of the Maltix Connect networking platform by the sales team, agency partners, and licensees for lead generation, communication, and relationship management.

    • Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and ideas for enhancing Maltix Connect's utility for sales and partnership growth.

    • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, particularly in a remote or hybrid environment.

    • Extensive experience in developing and managing channel partner or agency programs.

    • Proven ability to sell complex B2B SaaS solutions and the value of a partnership agreement.

    • Strong understanding of digital networking platforms and CRM systems.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Experience coordinating with virtual assistant teams (or similar support functions) is a strong asset.

    • Strong and meticulous understanding of how to explain technical products very simply with a focus on "What's in it for the client."
