Segments not pulling through from Capsule to Transpond ?

It sounds like the tag you're using does not exist in Transpond - have you recently created this tag in Capsule? If so, you may need to force a re-sync of the tags, to do this go to https://app.transpond.io/cp/company/integrations/apps/capsule and click Resync under Tags.
