To monitor article traffic in TAWK, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TAWK account and navigate to the dashboard.

2. Click on the "Articles" tab to view all the articles published on your PhoneSite.

3. Select the article you want to monitor traffic for and click on it to open the article details page.

4. Look for the "Views" or "Traffic" section on the article details page. This section will show you the number of views or traffic the article has received.

5. You can also use the search and filter options on the dashboard to find specific articles or track the overall traffic trends on your website.

6. Additionally, you can set up Google Analytics or other tracking tools to get more detailed insights into the traffic sources, user behavior, and other metrics related to your articles.
