How to:
Inside your Knowledge Base, navigate to add-ons, next to the administration gear icon
- Click on Ai Assist
- Click on your virtual Assistant
- Turn everything on
- Click on Data Source
Add text here regularly, up to half a million characters.
Anything relevant to your business.
Add documents, official or associated with your business
Think about Short cuts, when visitors use Ai Assist, what is the most pertinent information to automate to them
Make sure your Knowledge Base is turned on
