Lares VA services

1. Review and analyse the existing categories and subcategories in both the Smart Form Page and Tawk knowledge base. Identify any overlapping or similar topics that can be consolidated or aligned.
2. Create a mapping or mapping document that shows the correlation between the categories and subcategories in both platforms. This will help you visualise how they can be harmonised.
3. Make any necessary adjustments or modifications to the categories and subcategories in either platform to ensure consistency and alignment. This may involve renaming, merging, or reorganising certain categories to streamline the information.
4. Update the Smart Form Page and Tawk knowledge base with the harmonised categories and subcategories. Lares communicate these changes to you and their team members plus users to ensure everyone is "on the same page".
5. Regularly review and update the categories and subcategories to keep them relevant and up-to-date with the content on both platforms. This will help maintain consistency and improve the overall user experience.
Harmonise Smart Form Page categories and subcategories within 3rd party Capsule CRM
1. Identify the categories and subcategories that you want to include in your Smart Form Page. This could be based on the types of products or services you offer, or the different stages of the customer journey.
Before assigning any articles, ALL categories need to be created, this makes it much easier to then downgrade Top categories to sub categories.
Helpdesk Categories only appear once articles are assigned to them!
2. Create corresponding custom fields in Capsule CRM to capture this information. For example, if you have categories like "Technology", "Healthcare", and "Retail", you can create a custom field called "Industry" in Capsule CRM.
3. Map the categories and subcategories from your smart form page to the custom fields in Capsule CRM. This will ensure that the information captured in the form is accurately recorded in the CRM.
4. Maltix integrations auto sync the data between your smart form page and Capsule CRM. This streamlines the process and ensures that all information is up-to-date and consistent across both platforms.
Harmonise capsule CRM custom fields and tags with 3rd party Transpond newsletter segmented data
1. Review the custom fields and tags in your Capsule CRM account to ensure they align with the data segments in Transpond.
2. Create new custom fields or tags in Capsule CRM if needed to match the segments in Transpond.
3. Import the segmented data from Transpond into Capsule CRM, making sure to map the data fields accurately to the custom fields and tags.
4. Regularly update and sync the data between Capsule CRM and Transpond to ensure consistency and accuracy in your customer information.
5. Use the custom fields and tags in Capsule CRM to segment and target specific groups of customers based on their Transpond data, allowing for more personalised and targeted marketing campaigns.
