tawk.to provides built-in reporting features that allow you to monitor the traffic and performance of your Knowledge Base articles. This data is essential for understanding what information your customers find most useful and identifying areas for improvement.

Here's how to check your article traffic in tawk.to:

1. Log in to your tawk.to account.

2. Select the correct property: If you have multiple properties, make sure you've selected the one for which you want to view Knowledge Base reports. You can usually do this by hovering over the current property name in the upper-right menu of your dashboard.

3. Navigate to the Reporting section: In your tawk.to dashboard, look for the "Reporting" option in the top menu. Click on it.

4. Access Knowledge Base reports: On the left-hand menu within the Reporting section, click on Knowledge Base.

Within the Knowledge Base reports, you'll find several valuable metrics:

· Articles: This section shows you your most-viewed articles within the selected timeframe. You'll be able to see the number of views each article has received, allowing you to identify your most popular content.

· Searches: This is a crucial section for SEO and content planning. It shows you:

o What your readers searched for: This reveals the top words and phrases customers typed into your Knowledge Base search bar. This is invaluable for identifying content gaps and popular topics.

o Number of results per search: Helps you understand if your articles are effectively addressing common queries.

o How many articles were clicked: Indicates how often users found a relevant article from their search.

· Feedback: This report lets you know which articles your readers found helpful (or unhelpful) based on the feedback mechanism you've enabled (e.g., thumbs up/down, yes/no). A score over 50% generally indicates an article is helpful. This feedback is critical for content improvement.

Useful Tools within the Reporting Section:

On the top-right corner of the Reporting page, you'll find tools to refine your view:

· Date selection: You can select a specific timeframe for your reports, from preset ranges (e.g., Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 12 Months) to a custom date range.

· Tabular/Graph view: You can toggle between a graphical representation of the data and a tabular view for more detailed numbers.

By regularly checking these Knowledge Base reports in tawk.to, you can gain valuable insights into how your articles are performing, what content your users are looking for, and where you can improve your self-service support.
