Software Update & Action Notice: Lifetime Licencing & QR Link Routing

Standard Operating Procedures

We are transitioning our digital ecosystem in alignment with our core belief in lifetime licencing rather than ongoing subscriptions.

External QR management providers continue to increase subscription fees unsustainably. To eliminate recurring third-party costs and maintain complete control over our digital touchpoints, we are phasing out external subscription platforms and moving to our permanent, lifetime-licenced infrastructure this Autumn 2026.

Ahead of this transition, it is vital to confirm that your QR assets are actively pointing directly to your designated eCard.

Key Dates & Milestones

  • Autumn 2026: Complete migration to our lifetime-licenced architecture.

  • 10 September 2027: Final decommissioning and closure of external third-party QR subscription services.

Action Required: Verify Your QR Assets

  • Scan Consistently: Test and scan your printed and digital QR codes regularly to ensure they resolve smoothly and accurately to your eCard.

  • Check Link Integrity: Confirm that scanned codes do not route through deprecated external subscription redirect layers.

  • Report Any Disruptions: If you notice any broken links, incorrect destinations, or scanning issues, please contact [email protected] immediately for direct technical support.

Further updates will be released as we finalise the Autumn 2026 lifetime deployment.
