The following is a compilation of steps taken to achieve the integration, along with a suggested resolution for an API issue:

The following is a compilation of steps taken to achieve the integration, along with a suggested resolution for an API issue:
Steps for Integration:
- Get a CRM unique ID, a CRM password, and an MMT profile URL.
- Log into your My Most Trusted (MMT) extension dashboard.
- Go to "bonus features".
- Go to "Connect Your CRM".
- Click "update credentials".
- Go back to the instructions (Trust Sync tab).
- Copy the authorised domain for the CRM request host from point number four in the instructions and paste it into the "CRM request host" field.
- Give yourself any password.
- Click "update".
- Copy the CRM unique ID and the password from the MMT CRM settings in the dashboard and paste them into the two fields in the Trust Sync instructions.
- Go to LinkedIn.
- If a prompt appears, click "got it".
- Click on your photo on the top right corner to complete your profile.
- Scroll down to see your profile.
- Click on your name to go to your profile page.
- Highlight and copy the URL (MMT profile URL).
- Enter the MMT profile URL.
- Close the small window that opens after the contacts are pulled.
- Scroll down to "API Configuration" and "Capsule".
- Get the Capsule API token (personal access token).
- Paste the token into the designated field.
- Scroll back to the top.
- Choose "sync trusted from the drop down" (change from "Go High Level" to "Capsule").
- Click "Start sync".

To fix the API key issue in Capsule CRM:
- Go to Capsule CRM → My Preferences → API Authentication Tokens.
- Generate a new API token with the following scopes enabled:
- read - to read existing contacts.
- write - to create and update contacts.
- delete (optional) - only if you want to delete contacts.
- Replace the old token in Trust Sync with the new one.
- Test the connection again.
