The Visual Bridge: Maltix QR with Generic Frame

The Generic QR frame serves as the "billboard" on your merchandise. It is a professionally designed border that frames the QR code, often featuring a clear call-to-action like "Scan to Connect."
  • Universal Compatibility: Since every modern smartphone has a camera, the QR code ensures that 100% of your audience can access your digital content, regardless of their phone's age.
  • Dynamic Utility: The code inside the frame is "dynamic." This means if you change your phone number, social links, or even the entire purpose of the merchandise (e.g., from a promo code to a lead capture form), you update the link in the Maltix dashboard without needing to replace the physical item.

    The Frictionless Tap: NFC Integration

The NFC tag is a small, passive chip embedded directly into the product. It requires no power and is usually hidden behind a "Tap Here" icon or sewn into the fabric of a garment.

    • The "Magic" Interaction: Instead of opening a camera app, the user simply touches their phone to the merchandise. The phone instantly recognises the chip and launches your Maltix eCard or Progressive Web App (PWA).
    • Premium Branding: NFC provides a high-tech, seamless experience that feels more modern and personal than scanning a code.

      How They Work in Unison

When you combine both on a single piece of merchandising, you are creating a Fail-Safe Digital Gateway.

      • Redundancy: If the QR code is obscured or the lighting is too poor to scan, the user can tap the NFC. If the user has a much older phone without NFC capabilities, they can fall back on the QR scan.
      • The Shared Destination: Both the QR and the NFC point to the exact same URL—your Maltix eCard. This ensures your analytics are centralised; you can see exactly how many people are engaging with your merchandise, regardless of how they accessed it.
      • Lead Capture Automation: Both triggers can be set to "Lead Capture" mode. The moment a customer scans or taps, they are greeted with an option to share their contact details, which are then instantly pushed into your connected CRM.
