Hi William,

Great to hear you're going to be using Transpond again.

Can you let me know what steps you are taking before you see the 'Upstream Server' error in Capsule? Are you trying to start a campaign from within Capsule and running into issues?

If you go to a contact in Capsule who should also be in Transond when you view the contact in Capsule > what do you see in the Transpond box on the right of the screen? Is there any error messages in there?
