Terms and Conditions for Garam Tikka Masala

- Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or in-person.

- A credit card may be required to secure the reservation.

- Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

- We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

- Payment is due at the time of dining or food delivery order

- We do not accept personal cheques.

- Our menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice, the App pricing is always correct, but can change

- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our App and in-house menu.

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

- We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously.

- Please inform our staff about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.

- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be completely free from allergens.

5. Food Quality and Service:

- We strive to provide high-quality food and excellent service.

- If you have any concerns or issues with your food or service, please notify our staff immediately.

6. Respecting Other Diners:

- We expect our customers to behave respectfully towards other diners and our staff.

- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour.

7. Health and Safety:

- We maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including regular sanitisation of surfaces and utensils.

- Customers are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines provided by our staff.

- Unauthorised use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our App or notifying customers through other means.

- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta and the EU.

- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts 

13. Severability:

- If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement:

- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Indian restaurant, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
