    everybody to the maltix connect chrome extension
  • Training getting started with it. Part one. This is just going to be the basics to get you guys going. And the reason for the session today is to start off by understanding the why. I mean, why are you doing this in the 1st place, and the answer is that really 2 reasons. The 1st reason is because you want to promote your own business. You want to get more clients, and you want to further yourself in your individual capacity. But there's another reason, and that is to also serve and support maltix itself.
  • And the ultimate goal is to try and send meetings to Morris and to William, etc. And we're gonna do it without any cold outreach. And it's gonna be done through the warm introduction process. That is the maltix connect system. So it's a relatively simple process. So this is, gonna be the basics we're gonna get it installed for you. But the most important reason is, you understand why.
  • and very simply, if you have the people that you know and trust close to you.
  • then you can stop from starving.
  • That's the best way of explaining to explaining it. The people around you are important because they they'll make sure that you. Your business is doing. Okay.
  • But it's the people they know that make you rich.
  • So this is a technique and a system that's gonna help. You look after the people that are close to you around. You build up your own trusted network so that you can start tapping into their networks and get in front of some very important people. So it's gonna help you book meetings
  • in the simplest, quickest way possible. Okay, so what I'm gonna do is will you will, I'm sure, put the chrome extension into the description
  • of the video. So this is the chrome store, and it works on Chrome and Microsoft edge. So today, we're gonna do 2 things. We're gonna install the chrome extension. We're gonna set it up and we're gonna install the mobile app. Okay, now.
  • the the like. I said to you guys before this is, gonna be part one alright. So pause the video. If you want I'll take it slow, but feel free to pause any time, and let's just get the basics going alright. So what you'll do is you'll go to the chrome store on my on Chrome, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. And you're just gonna go to the Maltix, connect page. And you're just gonna click the add to chrome button. It'll then say, add Maltix connect, you'll say add extension, and it takes 5,
  • 4, 3,
  • 2, 1 0. Okay. Within 5 seconds, it'll say multix has been added to chrome. You close it down. It'll always be hiding behind this little puzzle piece over here, right this little puzzle piece over here.
  • Click on that and just PIN it. Use the little PIN button.
  • So here it is. Now you've got the chrome extension installed. Now we're gonna log you in. Now, remember the reason we're doing. This is so you can build up your trusted connections, tap into the trusted connections of of the trusted connections they know and get a lot of referrals and introductions to high quality people for yourself, but also for Maltix specifically for William and for Morris.
  • So Maltix is, has produced this product with my most trusted with my business, so that you guys can have free access to it, not just to build your own business, but to get benefit for you yourself, but also for multics itself. And then the more advanced stuff. We're gonna go through that in more detail. But for now I just wanna get you connected. Alright. So now it's been set up, it'll appear as a little icon, and remember it'll be hiding.

  • Scott Cundill - Phone04:08There's no conflict, but there is definitely worth removing the my most trusted version and replacing it with the maltix version. Right?
  • You don't need to run both. So yeah, good question. Well, so if you're running my most trusted already, just uninstall it, you'll just right click on the on the pretend this is the chrome extension for my most trusted right. Click on it and just click, remove from chrome or edge if you're using edge.
  • And then it's very simple to log in. All you'll do is you? Click on the chrome extension, it'll say, welcome aboard, and it'll say, can you please go to your Linkedin profile with a big button that says, Yes, go to my profile, you click. Yes, go to my profile. You can do that now, or you can just manually go to your Linkedin profile, and you should see the maltix connect little Slider pop up over here and you can move it up or down, if it's in the way

  • So if you just joined us, please go to the chrome store in the chat and quickly, quickly add it to the chrome extension chrome extension to chrome, and then go to your own personal Linkedin profile, and I'll quickly show you how to log in.

  • Scott Cundill - Phone05:32Yes, that's right. And it actually pops up, not just on Linkedin, but on other websites as well like zoom in the advanced session. I'm gonna show you some unbelievably cool stuff. But yes, what it does is it detects that you're on the Linkedin domain, and it pops up when you're on the Linkedin domain. But if you go to this Zoom Meeting that took you here onto the page that this it's I call it a dead page, because nothing much happens. You usually just close it down, but it'll actually also pop up on this page as well.

  • Fiona Maguire06:02To turn on sync. Should I do? Do I do that?
  • Scott Cundill - Phone06:07Not quite sure, Fiona. You could just say yes in case. But I don't know if we need that sync. I'm not sure what that actually means. I think sync means it'll automatically update.
  • You can say yes. But it should just be a very standard login installation process to say, yes.
  • Fiona Maguire06:24And then all you then do is you're gonna click. The is this you.

  • and say, yes, this is me.
  • It'll take a few seconds, and you'll now be logged in it should say, Welcome your name.
  • Fiona Maguire06:41It's asking me to join Linkedin.
  • Scott Cundill - Phone06:44You'll need to. If you don't, you'll need to have a Linkedin profile. That's why it's not.

  • Scott Cundill - Phone06:53I see you have to log into Linkedin on on chrome in order for that to work. Maybe just come back. Maybe follow the videos later, let's just get you guys started

  • on edge. So just so you guys can quickly see it again.
  • For those of you want some advanced. If you go to manage extensions, this is where you can actually turn the extensions off and on.
  • So there we go. So I'm just gonna quickly go to
  • show you guys again. Go to the chrome store
  • right? You can say, get in this case it's the actual. It's chrome store, but it's on edge. I say, add extension.
  • You will need to have a Linkedin profile and be logged onto Linkedin for it to work
  • takes a few seconds.
  • It hides behind this little puzzle piece here when you close it down. So I'm just gonna go onto this little puzzle piece button.
  • and I'm going to PIN it, and there it is.
  • I'm going to click on it.
  • and I'm going to say, Yes, go to my profile.
  • Yeah. So here it says, is this, you remember, you can move it up or down if it gets in your way, I'm gonna click on it to say, Is this you? I say? Yes, this is me, I say, yes, this is me.
  • and in a few seconds boom! I'm logged in. There's no login. There's no forms to fill out. There's none of that nonsense. And what it's gonna do now is it's gonna start changing linkedin profiles. But it's important to know that this doesn't just work just on Linkedin. So, for example, if I'm on, I live in Japan. So the default Japanese stuff comes up. Don't freak out. I'm not a spy.

  • Scott Cundill - Phone08:45Yeah. But if I was on Google, for example, that's taking me to Google Maps, which I don't want to go to just go to google.com.

  • website. I can click on it.
  • and it'll bring up my dashboard. And I'm going to show you how this dashboard works over time. But suffice to say what we're creating here, guys, is within the maltix network. Alright. So within the maltix network, there are a group of members
  • as you get to meet those members, one on one, they're gonna become, they're gonna start networking for you. And you're gonna network for them.
  • Just imagine this networking. It's networking. So as you're going out and meeting people and having one on ones.
  • And you're adding them as trusted connections. They're adding trusted connections as well. When they're meeting people. You're all networking for each other. And we're gonna get the AI to actually start matching people for you, and this is what I want to spend a little bit of time on now.
  • So what I'd like you to do now, if you're on Linkedin. You can do it from Linkedin as long as you've got your dashboard open so you can open your dashboard from Linkedin. I'll talk about the membership just now, and I'll talk about this in a minute. But before we do that I want to just do one thing. So whether you're on this little button over here for your dashboard, or you're on the big dashboard from Linkedin.
  • I want you to click on this icon over here called match me. It will probably be flashing if this is the 1st time that you've used it.
  • So you should see match me flashing.
  • and when you click on it
  • it's gonna ask you who you want to be introduced to.
  • This is critical. It's beautiful.
  • You're gonna type in the target audience of the people that you want to meet for people that you want to be introduced to for maltix , but also people that you want to be introduced to for your own business, or to help yourself succeed. In other words, when you're booking meetings, if you want to get in front of somebody, what does your ideal target market look like
  • and your ideal target number market is not anybody who needs a virtual assistant. You've got to be specific. If you're a Va. For lawyers and you want to meet lawyers. Then you can meet lawyers if you want to meet accountants because you you sell software to accountants, then we'll help you meet accountants.
  • but we'll help you with the target audience. But what matters is that you have? In plain, simple English, you can type in the countries or cities that you want to meet people in in question. Number one.
  • Question number 2 is anybody you don't want to meet? If they're countries or in places you don't want to meet people in. But question number 3 is the most important one in 600 characters, or less, in plain English type. Who you want to meet now will from a target market for maltix . What kind of people do you guys want to meet.
  • William Nicholls CEO Maltix SaaS11:25Well, we've got a list of about 50, actually. But anybody who who works as a professional
  • with small medium sized enterprises. So anybody who's got professional relationship with Sme.
  • That's our target audience. And I was gonna ask you a little bit about Boolean searches, because this is a kind of Boolean search, isn't it?
  • Scott Cundill - Phone11:48It's actually not brilliant. It uses chat gpt, so you can write it in plain English.

  • Scott Cundill - Phone11:54When we talked about this. Well, I know that business coaches was a very important person, that you a very important group, because they understand it. They can go to their clients, and they can say, I can help you with all this great technology. And I can save you money. Get get your websites going. I can create QR code. I can do all this beautiful stuff for you. So we're looking business coaches might be a key area. So we can start with that, and we can go later. So my, what I'm looking to do is I want to meet people who run business clubs or networking groups. Right?
  • That's who I'm looking to meet.
  • But if I'm adding, now, I'm also gonna add, that's for my target audience, if I'm looking now, I'm also want to meet. If I want to add Williams target audience or the maltix target. I'm also gonna say, looking to meet business coaches.
  • specifically, business coaches, and you can even be more specific if you want. But business coaches are the number one. So you can say, I want to meet those people. Now, I wrote this a little bit different, because I'm not gonna put business coaches in here. So I wrote, I only want to meet people who run business clubs. But you'll say I want to meet people
  • in my target audience, and I'm also looking to meet business coaches. So if you meet a business coach along the way, and you have that in, and you and you have that meeting.
  • You can then make the introduction to William and or Morris, and they will then do the meeting on behalf of of maltix
  • will. How's your Linkedin profile going.

So for day today, what you're doing, guys is you're telling the system who you want to meet so that the AI is gonna match you and when you're ready to go, just click, update, and you've got your target market. You can always come back to it later, and you can tick this box to reset your store your scores and start over now for those of you. Probably watching this, or on this call.

You don't have to be a member, you can still use the product and install it and go through the process. I've showed you.

It's probably flashing, it'll say, Match me. Okay, good. And then you can pull that out when you put the target audiences. Now, one thing that you guys are gonna fall in love with is the scoring
  • the scoring is you're gonna see these scores out of 10. That is how well each of these individuals matches the criteria of the people that you want to meet.
  • So in real time. This is my sales team in a way not really my sales team, but other. My networking team. People I know and trust are out networking as they're out networking and meeting people, and they're adding their trusted connections in here. They're being scored out of 10. So if I see a high scoring individual like Linda Fisk, who's 7 out of 10. I can request an introduction to Linda Fisk using the request and introduction button.
  • so I can ask people I know and trust
  • to please introduce me to the people I want to meet.
  • It's a beautiful, fast, and very, very effective way to start helping me book meetings. But I'm gonna show you quickly how to add trusted connections, because that's a very important one.
  • So right? So so you you set up my machine, we gotta set up.

  • So you don't waste time trying to make connections with people that aren't the perfect for you.

  • Fiona Maguire17:46What you're gonna do here is you're gonna go straight to your prince and Princess.
  • Scott Cundill - Phone17:51Because that'll the AI will help match. It's not perfect, but it does a really good job. So out of all of these people. The AI scored them. So while Cherie is out networking, and Joanne and Gemma, while all these people are out networking right? They're adding their trusted connections, the AI is telling me out of all these people today you should go and meet Linda. Linda's the person you want to meet, so I just click request an introduction, and I'll give you some more advanced tips on how to request that introduction later. But for now I just wanna get you guys to understand the principle of finding those matches.
  • But here's the thing, guys, you. It won't find you matches until you've built your trusted network.
  • You've got to. You've got to get people, you know, and trust 1st and add trusted connections. And one of the the reasons for these maltix group maltix connect, and what I'd like everybody to do within the maltix group will. Maybe you can ask everybody on the Whatsapp group is. Please give your your Linkedin URL,
  • and everybody connect with each other on Linkedin.
  • so the maltix family could all meet each other, have a meeting and add each other as trusted connections
  • to start growing up growing your trusted network.

  • The trusted meter is some fun, a little fun tool we've created to help you move your way up
  • from Newbie to junior networker, to senior Networker, to super connector and to trusted advocate.
  • When you get to super connector guys, you will be invited to a super connectors only meeting that I run. Personally, amazing people are there. If you want to get connected to some good people in business become a super connector, and over the over the the period we might even do a 3rd advanced training and the next session I'll start helping you get.   • I say, yes, I trust this person for those of you who recently watched my video.
  • It tells you why it's so important to keep trusted connections close to your heart.
  • Okay? So I can edit this little message that's popped up Hi, Fiona! Many of my Linkedin con connections at arm's length, fake profiles of everywhere. This is my genuine of let's connect to the maltix , connect, etc, etc. Alright. So you can edit this if you want to. You don't have to send it. I'm gonna send it to you, Fiona, to let you know that I've added you as a trusted connection to the multi system. You are now green. You see, you now have gone green because now trusted connection.
  • This is important. I've taken you. I've got 30,000 Linkedin connections, but I only trust a thousand of them. So, Fiona, what I've done is I've taken you out of Linkedin, and I've put you into the maltix connect chrome extension.

  • So he runs a business networking group. So in this particular case she's Cherie's already introducing me. But if I see that cherie's networked with some guy called Steve Gaston, and I can. I? I want to meet him. I must immediately connect for an introduction, because cherie's out networking.
  • Now imagine right, I call this the 100 principle. Imagine you have 100 people, you know, and trust.
  • and they're out there adding a hundred people that they know and trust. That's 10,000 people they know and trust. You don't need to look for anyone else in business.
  • They'll find it'll it'll match you with those people. So your hiring, high, scoring people. If you've done your match me correctly inside, match me, and you've written in here, and you've said I want to meet business coaches. It'll start finding, among other things, your your target market included. It's also gonna find business coaches. What you want to do. If you see a business coach is request an introduction to meet that business coach.
  • Have a 1 on one with that business coach, get to know them, and then introduce that business coach to Maurice or William.
  • That's what you're doing to give back to William, to maltix . You want to give. Make introductions to any business coach that you know. And in the second session guys, we're gonna do another session, advanced session. I'm gonna show you how to make introductions
  • and how to do some really, really cool things. But all I want you to do for now, guys, is, and I'm gonna show you how to do the the mobile app. That's the last thing I'm gonna show you. All I want you guys to do for now is William. I want you to please get everybody to in the in the Whatsapp group. Everybody can connect with each other on Linkedin. Maybe book a 1 on one with other maltix people get to know them so you can see them add them as a trusted connection. Right? So start everyone in maltix can be a trusted connection of everybody else.
  • Right? And then add, you'll start adding trusted connections outside of maltix .
  • I would aim to try and get 20 trusted connections done to move up to senior networker. You need 20 trusted connections added into the system.
  • That means 21st degree connections. You added one by one by one, like I showed you use a little plus button and add them as trusted connections. Try and get to 20 trusted connections before the next session. If you can. If you do that, you will immediately start to see some amazing things happen.

If each of those 30 people adds 100 trusted connections over the course of the next few months, that's 3,000 people guys, you will all get so much business out of this because you're helping each other.
