Meet Poppi: The prebiotic soda brandIn 2015, Poppi founders Stephen and Allison Ellsworth tried making healthier sodas in their kitchen as an alternative to the sugar-filled fizzy drinks we’re used to seeing in stores.


 

Focusing on ingredients like apple cider vinegar and prebiotics, they brought their creation to a local farmers market.

A Whole Foods buyer took a sip and knew it was worth having on shelves.


After appearing on Season 10 of Shark Tank and striking a deal with Rohan Oza, the brand has since debuted in over 1,000 locations across the US and offers a variety of flavours, such as cream soda, cranberry, cherry cola, and lemon-lime.
