Where does the word Lares come from ?

Lares were ancient Roman deities who were believed to protect and watch over the household and family. They were often depicted as small guardian spirits or deities, and were thought to bring good fortune and protect the home from harm.

Lares were typically honored with small household shrines or altars, where offerings of food, wine, and incense were made to them. They were also often included in household prayers and rituals, asking for their protection and blessings.

Hours will be flexible growing alongside our marketing 

The initial training courses will be 20 hours or so, and that should be proficient enough for you to start paid work

The probation period is applicable and accessed on your application

Please note by the end of training you will have familiarity with all these systems.

Job Title: Virtual Clerical Assistant

Job Summary: The Virtual Assistant Clerical will provide administrative support to the company by handling various tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling customer inquiries. 


The ideal candidate must be organised, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills in UK & Commonwealth English 


Training will be provided  

Support services via TAWK platform www.maltixqr.info


Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organise emails on the titan platform, respond to inquiries, and draft correspondence.
2. Schedule appointments and meetings for the company's executives using Calendly Zoom and Google Meet
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service from the My Most Trusted platform
4. Conduct research on various topics as needed.
5. Assist with social media management and content creation

6. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing to accounts, expense tracking, time tracking using Clockify

7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company shows and events.
8. Assist with event planning and coordination.
9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

11. Operate the Transpond Newsletter system

12. Update and operate the Capsule CRM system  

12. Operate and train push notifications within the Company and within the clients push notifications system

13. Operate the Asana project management system

14. Must be proficient in office 365 Word, Excel as a minimum with the express ability to adapt to the TAWK.to article creation platform for Maltix and Maltix clients.



Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in using a knowledge base.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
6. Familiarity with online communication tools such as Zoom & Google meet
7. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment

8. Ongoing training of incoming Virtual Assistants

9. Training and support of clients operational requirements

10.Constant training advice to clients

11.Joined up thinking with interlinked technology

12:Complaints handling and managing difficult conversations/customers with a customer-centric disposition
