How to set up lead capture within TAWK

1. Log in to your TAWK account.
2. Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the drop-down menu that appears, click on "Settings" or any option that says "Settings" or "Account Settings."
4. You should now be in the settings tab where you can customise your TAWK account settings, preferences, and other configurations.
The lead settings tab in TAWK is located in the dashboard or admin panel of the TAWK live chat software.
To set up lead capture within TAWK, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your TAWK account and navigate to the Settings tab.
2. Click on the Lead Capture option in the left-hand menu.
3. Enable the lead capture feature by toggling the switch to ON.
4. Customise the lead capture form by adding fields that you want to collect from your Phonesite visitors, such as name, email, phone number, etc.
5. Choose the position of the lead capture form on your PhoneSite and inform your VA
6. Ask the VA to Customise the design of the lead capture form to match your branding.
7. Set up automated responses to thank visitors for submitting their information and follow up with them.
8. Test the lead capture form to ensure it is working correctly.
9. Monitor the performance of your lead capture form and make any necessary adjustments to improve conversion rates.
