Terms and Conditions: Late Payment and Account Recovery1. Statutory Compliance These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, specifically the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Maltix reserves the statutory right to charge interest and reasonable debt recovery costs on all late payments.
2. Account Status and Termination Failure to settle subscription arrears will result in the account being flagged for termination. A "Hard Stop" notice provides a final window to reverse the closure process. During this period:
  • Digital infrastructure remains suspended.
  • The client is liable for all outstanding balances and potential termination fees.
3. Valuation of Digital Assets The Maltix infrastructure—comprising the Progressive Web App (Tribe PWA), Smart Forms, E-commerce shops, CRM automation, and GDPR-compliant audits—carries a market replacement asset value of at least £16,000.
  • Forfeiture: Permanent termination results in the total loss of this integrated asset.
  • Rebuild Costs: Clients acknowledge that rebuilding this "Mobile Command Centre" independently would require significant capital expenditure.
4. GDPR and Data Management In compliance with UK GDPR, a permanent termination (Option 2) triggers an irreversible data "hard stop."
  • Data Erasure: All profile settings, documentation history, and PWA registrant data will be permanently purged to meet data minimisation requirements.
  • Data Vaulting: Clients may choose to "mothball" their infrastructure for 24 months for a fee of £199. This preserves the configuration and data history, exempting it from the immediate erasure protocol.
5. Recovery Options Upon receiving a termination notice, the client must select one of the following paths within the specified deadline:
  • Option 1: Reverse Termination: Settle arrears immediately to restore all services, including Maltix Connect (LinkedIn) automation and Tribe networking. No termination fees apply.
  • Option 2: Formal Termination (£99 Fee): Formal "eviction" from the platform. This results in the permanent removal of all Dynamic QR codes, E-cards, Smart Forms, and automation tools.
  • Option 3: Data Vault (£199 Fee): Active services are paused, but the £16,000+ infrastructure and data are securely archived for two years.
6. Default Execution and Debt Recovery Failure to respond or select an option by the deadline results in the automatic execution of Option 2 (Termination).
  • Debt Recovery: Maltix will proceed to recover the outstanding balance and the £99 termination fee through formal debt recovery channels or the Small Claims Court.
  • Legal Costs: The client shall be liable for all legal and administrative costs incurred during the recovery process.
7. Governance These terms ensure the protection of the Maltix ecosystem and the integrity of the "Dunbar’s 150" high-trust community. All final notices are issued by the Maltix Accounts Department.
