Advocate, Go, and Tribe: Terms and Conditions

1. Project Completion

A project is deemed complete and ready for formal sign-off once all deliverables specified in the "What you get" section of the Maltix Knowledge Base have been implemented and tested.
2. Review Period
The Master Facilitator or designated project lead has 3 working days to review the deliverables and submit feedback or revision requests. If no communication is received within this window, the project is automatically considered approved and signed off.
3. Post-Sign-Off Revisions
Any modifications, enhancements, or revisions requested after the initial sign-off are subject to additional charges. These requests may also result in adjustments to the original project timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
To maintain the project schedule, the client must provide timely, accurate, and consolidated feedback during the designated review period.
5. Scope Definition
Following formal sign-off, any further updates or changes are classified as "out of scope." Such work will require a new agreement and will incur separate professional fees.
6. Unilateral Sign-Off
Maltix reserves the right to conclude the project and trigger the sign-off protocol if the client fails to provide feedback within the specified 5-day timeframe.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding, the client accepts these terms and conditions, acknowledging their responsibility to engage in the review process within the agreed period to ensure successful project delivery.
