Terms and Conditions for QR Lite or QR Site Project Sign Off:
1. The QR Lite or QR Site project will be considered complete and ready for sign off once all the agreed upon deliverables outlined in the "What you get" section of the Maltix Knowledge base have been successfully implemented and tested.
2. The project manager will have a period of 5 working days to review the project and provide feedback or request any necessary revisions. If no feedback is received within this time frame, the project will be considered approved and ready for sign off.
3. Any additional changes or revisions requested by the project manager after the initial sign off will be subject to additional charges and may impact the project timeline.
4. The client agrees to provide timely and accurate feedback during the review period in order to ensure the project remains on schedule.
5. Once the project has been signed off, any further changes or updates will be considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
6. The client acknowledges that the project manager reserves the right to sign off the project without approval if no feedback is received within the specified time frame.
