Maltix Ecosystem: Integration & Third-Party Subscription Protocols

The Maltix Advocate, Go, and Tribe platforms operate as a sophisticated "Mobile Command Centre." While Maltix provides the overarching framework, the ecosystem relies on several independent and separate professional platforms.

The client acknowledges that these are independent subscriptions, and their seamless integration is strictly subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Independent Platforms and Infrastructure To ensure full transparency, the following services are identified as independent entities with separate subscription requirements:

• Aurora eCard: An independent platform for digital business card creation. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own environment and design assets within this separate system.
• My Most Trusted (MMT): A separate networking and referral platform for which Maltix acts as a white-label provider. Subscription and data within MMT are governed by their independent terms.
• Capsule CRM: An independent, external Customer Relationship Management system. While Maltix facilitates the "Digital Handshake" via the PWA, the CRM subscription itself is a direct contract between the client and Capsule.
• Wufoo: An independent provider of advanced form-building services used for complex data capture.
• Fliplet: The independent PWA (Progressive Web App) engine provider for Maltix. All app-shell infrastructure is governed by Fliplet’s professional delivery standards.

2. Client Responsibility for Data Interoperability In accordance with the Lares Data Transfer expertise, the client holds 100% responsibility for the synchronisation and upgrading of data across these separate environments.

• Transfer Chains: The client must ensure that data flows correctly between Fliplet (PWA), Wufoo (Smart Forms), Capsule CRM, and the Aurora eCard environment.
• Subscription Management: Maltix is not liable for service interruptions caused by the lapse of any independent subscription (Capsule, Wufoo, Fliplet, etc.).
• Technical Compliance: Clients must proactively implement upgrades within these separate shops to maintain the integrity of their "Mobile Command Centre."

3. Security, GDPR, and Disclaimer Mandatory Client Validation
The use of these independent platforms and the subsequent handling of data across multiple environments are strictly subject to the formal signatures of clients.
NO SIGNATURE, NO RESPONSIBILITY
In the absence of a signed Hosting Control Guarantee Contract, Maltix formally disclaims all responsibility and liability for:

• Data desynchronisation between any independent platform (e.g., Capsule CRM to Fliplet).
• Service outages or "hard stops" originating from third-party providers (Wufoo, Aurora, My Most Trusted, Fliplet).
• Breaches of UK GDPR occurring within independent environments not directly managed by Maltix.
• The failure of any "Digital Handshake" or automated workflow across the ecosystem.

4. Execution of Agreement By signing below, the client acknowledges the separate and independent nature of these service providers and confirms their responsibility for maintaining active subscriptions and data transfer protocols. 

Without these signatures, Maltix takes no responsibility for the platform environment.
