            Lares eCard & Shop Automation Workflow1. Post-Sale Recovery & Initialisation


            • Trigger: If a client fails to complete the initial eCard setup, the "Recovery" sequence begins.
            • Lares Automation: The system dispatches a Data Collection Form alongside a unique Capsule CRM setup link (offering a free instance for the client).
            • The Service Tier: The client selects their preferred implementation path:
              • Simple: Standard digital setup.
              • Phygital (Generic): Standardised physical-digital integration.
              • Phygital (Designer): A bespoke, high-touch design service.


              2. QR Frame Logic & RoutingĀ The workflow branches based on the client’s aesthetic and branding requirements:
              • Generic Path: If standard QR frames meet the client's needs, they proceed through the automated self-service setup.
              • Designer Path: If generic options are unsuitable, the system automatically escalates and hands off the order details directly to the Lares Design Head Office (HO).


                3. Design HO Intervention (White-Glove Service)For clients on the Designer path, the process shifts from automation to direct human expertise:
                • Direct Collaboration: Design HO contacts the client personally to consult on and manage bespoke requirements.
                • Bespoke Asset Creation: HQ oversees the custom design of the QR frames and the overall eCard aesthetics to ensure brand alignment.
                • Formal Sign-Off: Design HO manages the Sign-Off Form process directly with the client, ensuring every detail is authorised before moving to production.


                  4. Shop Finalisation & Delivery
                  • Completion Trigger: Once Design HO (or the automated system for generic paths) secures the final sign-off, the final automation is triggered.
                  • Full Integration: The Merchandise Shop is automatically generated and delivered to the client.
