Maltix Hosting Control Guarantee & System Upgrade Contract
This agreement is made between Maltix and [Client Name] on [Date].
Maltix guarantees that clients using Maltix Advocate, Go, and Tribe platforms will maintain 100% control over the hosting of their sites and retain full access to all data within their Knowledge Base, PWA, CRM, and Maltix Connect ecosystem.
1. Hosting Control The client retains full sovereignty over the hosting of their site. This includes the freedom to select their hosting provider and implement any necessary changes to their hosting configurations at their discretion.
2. Data Access and Portability The client will have unrestricted access to all data stored within their Knowledge Base, PWA, CRM, and Maltix Connect at all times. This includes the right to export, edit, and delete data to maintain the integrity of their digital assets.
3. Client Responsibility: System Upgrades and Data Transfer To maintain the integrity and functionality of the "Mobile Command Centre," the client is 100% responsible for the proactive implementation and upgrading of their data transfer systems. This includes:

• The transition and synchronisation of data between Maltix Connect, Capsule CRM, and the PWA.
• The management and configuration of Smart Form pages to ensure seamless data flow across the Advocate, Go, or Tribe platforms.
• The application of Lares data transfer expertise via the provided Shops to ensure all systems remain current and interoperable.

4. Security and Data Protection Maltix ensures that all data stored within the client's infrastructure is protected by robust security protocols. As an ICO Registered entity, Maltix ensures that the Data Officer, Data Harmony Officer, and assigned Virtual Assistants handle information in strict accordance with UK GDPR. All personnel are bound by non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
5. Ongoing Support Maltix will provide continuous guidance to assist the client in maintaining hosting control and data accessibility. In the event of technical interruptions, Maltix will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure that the client's access is restored as soon as possible.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Absence of Signature: In the absence of a signed copy of this agreement, Maltix formally disclaims all liability for hosting interruptions, data loss, or system desynchronization. Without this executed contract, Maltix does not provide the Hosting Control Guarantee, and the client assumes all risks associated with their digital infrastructure management.
7. Term and Governance This agreement is effective immediately and remains in force for the duration of the client’s use of Maltix Advocate, Go, or Tribe platforms. It is subject to the overarching Maltix Terms of Service and Privacy Policy under the laws of England and Wales.
By signing below, the client acknowledges their 100% responsibility for system upgrades and agrees to the terms of this Hosting Control Guarantee.

In the absence of these signatures, Maltix disclaims all aforementioned guarantees.
